Ok so here it is: How to get the map pack!

So Cycle was trying to tell us how to download the map pack from Xbox LIVE UK site, since IW dropped the ball and did not post the download link to XBL dashboard. Anyways, after trying to find it I decided to try IW's site. Here is a step by step guide to getting it if you have not already:

1) go to infinityward.com
2) click on the map pack logo that is on the left of the main page (can't miss it)
3) On the top of the new page, it says "Download Now" in a red button. Guess what? Click it. (or scroll down a ways until you see the "Xbox Download" button. The first button just redirects you to this)
4) Scroll down the xbox live page until you see the green download button.

After that, it is self explanatory. See you all out there.

New Map Pack this Thursday 6/3. The preview video has been posted in case you haven't seen them already. I guess Carnival will give Crunchy a new clown to punch instead of always having to use his own.

WAR

Yeah Treyarch is on the one coming out this fall. Supposedly its Vietnam War era. I am one of the biggest COD fans you will find, but I am getting tired of them. Dont know if I will even get the next one, much less the one after that in 2011. Somebody needs to come up with something altogether new. BC2 sucks.

I imagine IW is done. All their original creative minds are gone. Even if they did stay alive they would probably suck. They quality definitely slippped alot on MW2 from COD4.

Legal battles tend to take a looooong time.

Well, if you're optimistic, then there should be one, but i'm not banking on it.

I almost certain Treyarch won't get it, but I'd love it if they did. I enjoy BC2, but it's not for everyone. There should be a new COD this fall right?

Well if Treyarch does not pick up the franchise, then we all better find a new game to play with each other. From what I can tell, MW2 is pretty much the only team game we all tend to play these days. Perhaps BC2 will replace that one day?

For now, I stick with MW2

Hearing all this stuff about MW2. Makes me even more happy that I sold my copy when I did. To tell you the truth I haven't played it for almost three months. And I don't miss it at all.
